Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the overarching marketing goals of Amazon.
- Manage Amazon's social media platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging and relevant content tailored for each social media platform, showcasing Amazon’s diverse offerings and values.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and enhance user engagement, using tools like Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and other tracking software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, product marketing, and customer service to create cohesive brand messaging and successfully execute marketing campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage community interactions to foster a positive online presence.
- Stay informed on the latest social media trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for Amazon to leverage emerging platforms.
- Prepare reports and presentations detailing social media performance and strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate influencer marketing and partnerships to broaden Amazon’s reach and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and initiatives.
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and SEO best practices.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
- Knowledge of the San Luis community and its cultural nuances is a plus.
